Information You Provide
iBill.pk does not ask for your name, phone number, payment information, or an iBill account. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and information you choose to include so that we can respond.
Reference Numbers and Customer IDs
When you submit a Reference Number or Customer ID, your browser sends it directly to the selected official PITC or DISCO bill service. iBill.pk does not save the number in a database, add it to the page URL, or send it to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics
iBill.pk uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information such as pages visited, browser and device type, referring page, session activity, and approximate location derived from network information. This data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
The website itself does not use cookies for bill checking or user accounts. Google Analytics may place analytics cookies in your browser. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Official External Services
Bill requests open an external official PITC or DISCO website. Those services operate independently and have their own privacy practices. iBill.pk is not responsible for how an external website handles information after you leave iBill.pk.
Advertising
iBill.pk does not currently display advertisements and does not load scripts from an advertising network. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to identify the relevant advertising and cookie practices.
