Your 14-digit Reference Number is always found on your physical electricity bill:

Where do I find my Reference Number?
Your 14-digit Reference Number is printed prominently in the top-left section of any physical electricity bill. It appears just below your consumer name. Do NOT include the 'U' or 'R' character that sometimes appears at the end.
Does iBill.pk store my billing number?

How do I pay my electricity bill online?
You can pay via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, any major bank app (HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan), or at a NADRA e-Sahulat centre. After checking your bill, note your 14-digit Reference Number and use it at any of these payment channels.
Why is my bill not showing / bill not found?
Check that (1) you selected the correct DISCO, (2) you entered all 14 digits of your Reference Number with no spaces or letters, and (3) you chose the right lookup method. The official service may also be temporarily unavailable, so try again later.
