Where Is My Reference Number?

Look for the Reference No. label on your official bill. Layouts vary by provider:

Look in the account-details header for Reference No.; do not confuse it with the meter number.

Format
14 numeric digits only (e.g., 12345678901234). Ignore any trailing "U" or "R" character.

Customer ID
Use the Application/Customer ID on the bill header. Most DISCOs use 10 digits; LESCO accepts 6-10 digits.

Find the field labelled Reference No. on a recent bill from your selected provider. Its position varies by bill layout. Enter the 14 digits only, without spaces or a trailing letter.

How do I pay my electricity bill online?
You can pay via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, any major bank app (HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan), or at a NADRA e-Sahulat centre. After checking your bill, note your 14-digit Reference Number and use it at any of these payment channels.
Why is my bill not showing / bill not found?
Check that (1) you selected the correct DISCO, (2) you entered all 14 digits of your Reference Number with no spaces or letters, and (3) you chose the right lookup method. The official service may also be temporarily unavailable, so try again later.
