- Find your Reference Number: It is a 14-digit number on the top-left of any previous pesco bill.

- Pay before the due date: Note the due date and after-due surcharge shown on the bill.

Mobile and bank payments take 24–72 hours to update on the PITC system. If your receipt was issued more than 3 business days ago and the pesco online bill still shows the balance, contact the PESCO helpline at 118 with your payment reference.
Can I do a pesco bill check by name?
No — the PITC system only allows lookups by Reference Number or Customer ID. You cannot search by name, CNIC, or phone number for your pesco online bill.
